	MEDIUM DUTY SHREDDER DISCHARGE Vibrating conveyors type CCU with unbalanced motor drive are sited directly under the shredders, to remove the recycled material. They are custom designed to suit the shreader and plant requirements, and can include elevating the material, speading and providing an evenly distributed feed onto sebsequent material handling equipment.
	HEAVY DUTY SHREDDER DISCHARGE For heavier duty shredders, type CCU vibratory feeders are custom designed to withstand any imposed impact, and prevent spillage. They can then give a controlled feed onto susequent belt conveyors.
	SCALPING SCREENS FOR PLASTIC PRODUCTS Type S1U vibrating screens are utilised to separate any sand, stone and other heavy contaminate from plastic prior to it's granulation. The screens are custom designed to suit the scalping criteria.
	SPREADING FEEDERS Unbalaned motor driven type vibratory feeders & conveyors type CCU are custom designed to help evenly spread the recycled materials. They are fitted with a variety of diverters, chicanes and vanes to ensure the correct spread distribution.
	PRIMARY DUMP FEEDER The vibratory bulk feeder type FV is ideally suited to accept the raw scrap material, and discharge it onto the shredder feed conveyors. The combination of the V-shaped trough and the vibratory angle utilised, provide efficient untangling of interlocking material and ensure an even flow onto downstream equipment. Load cells can be added for a weight controlled output.
	SHREDDER FEED CONVEYORS Following the type FV primary dump feeder, vibratory conveyors are utilised to ensure a controlled and evenly distributed feed into the shredder. 	TRANSFER FEEDERS Vibratory feeders & conveyors type FCU & CCU are used to transport the recycled product, and can also provide the facility for inspection, sorting and general quality control.
	SPECIAL CONVEYORS FOR MAGNET SEPARATION Special type CCU unbalanced motor driven vibratory conveyors to use in combination with overband magnet separators. The custom designed units can include a spreader section at the receiving feed end, and then a 'low' trough section from non magnetic stainless steel allows for effective operation of the overband magnet separator.
