Following the type FV primary dump feeder, vibratory conveyors are utilised to ensure a controlled and evenly distributed feed into the shredder. Type CCE electro-magnetic driven with infinitely variable feed rate control or type CCU unbalanced motor driven with fixed feed rate can be utilised, or a combination of both ( as shown ). The electro-magnetic driven feeder determines the required feed rate for the material being recycled, and then the fixed feed rate unit conveys it directly into the shredder.
