PRIMARY FEEDER GRIZZLIES

Under primary dump hoppers, fed by blasted rock up to 2M, units can be up to 10M long & 2M wide, and handle in excess of 2000TPH. Heavy duty construction, with integral grizzly screening section to extract and by pass undersize. Driven by single, double or triple mechanical exciters from an electric or hydraulic motor, with option for variable feed rate control.

 

 

HEAVY DUTY FEEDERS

For the most arduous or high capacity applications, handling blasted rock or primary crushed material, and capable of withstanding impact loadings. With sizers up to 10M long & 4M wide, capacities are usually between 500 - 3000TPH. Of heavy duty construction, driven by either mechanical exciters or unbalanced motors, with option for variable feed rate control.

 

 

GROUND HOPPER EXTRACTION FEEDERS

Utilising the classic type FC modular feeder with integral hopper bottom section, standard units available are either 560, 800, 1000, 1250 or 1600mm wide, covering the capacity range of 50 - 1000TPH. Driven by either unbalanced motors or electro-magnetic drives, with variable feed rate control. Handling material ranging from primary crushed rock through to sand. Open or totally enclosed dust proof designs available.

 

 

GROUND STOCKPILE TUNNEL RECOVERY FEEDERS

Utilising the classic type FC modular feeder with integral hopper bottom section, standard units available are either 560, 800, 1000, 1250 or 1600mm wide, covering the capacity range of 50 - 1000TPH. Driven by either unbalanced motors or electro-magnetic drives, with variable feed rate control. Handling material ranging from primary crushed rock through to sand. Open or totally enclosed dust proof designs available.

 

GRIZZLY SCREENS

With centre shaft elipical vibrators for optimum separation performance, grizzly screens are utilised for scalping applications. They can handle blasted material following a heavy duty primary feeder, be positioned prior to secondary crushers to extract the undersize, or scalp oversize from sand & gravel deposits. Available in widths from 500 - 3600mm.

 

SURGE BIN DISCHARGE FEEDERS

Utilising the classic type FC modular feeder with integral hopper bottom section, standard units available are either 560, 800, 1000, 1250 or 1600mm wide, covering the capacity range 50 - 1000TPH. Driven by either unbalanced motors or electro-magnetic drives, with variable feed rate control. Handling material ranging from primary crushed through to sand. Open or totally enclosed dust proof designs available.

 

CONE CRUSHER FEEDING

The modular FCE feeder with infinitely variable electro-magnetic drive is utilised to feed secondary & tertiary cone crushers. With either manual or automated control, they can maintain a constant head of material, for optimum crushing performance. With standard widths from 400 - 1250mm, they cover capacities of 0 - 500TPH. These feeders are also used for vertical shaft impactors.

 

 

IMPACT BREAKER FEEDING

To ensure an even and constant feed across the full width of the impact rotor, either standard or special width FC modual feeders are utilised. Widths up to 1800mm available ( to suit a 2000mm wide rotor ). For secondary & tertiary applications, the feeders are usually totally enclosed to protect against 'flying' particles. Driven by either unbalanced motors or electro-magnetic drives, with variable feed rate control.

 

FEEDING ONTO SCREENS

To ensure optimum screening efficiency and performance, vibratory feeders are utilised to ensure an even and constant feed across the full width of the screening deck. Depending upon the application, the feeders could be either heavy duty or modular FC design, totally enclosed or open, and driven by unbalanced motors, electro-magnetic or mechanical exciter drives.

 

 

GRADING SCREENS

Available in single, double or triple deck configuration, with decks up to 10M long & 3.6M wide. Screens are either inclined with centre shaft elipical vibrators or horizontal with mechanical exciters or unbalanced motors, with an additional 'banana' screen variant. Decks can be furnished with either steel, rubber or polyurethane, with can be tensioned or modular.

FINISHED PRODUCT DISCHARGE & BLENDING FEEDERS

Utilising the FC modular feeder with integral hopper bottom section, 7 widths from 280 - 1600mm are available, with a capacity range of 0 - 1000TPH. For infinitely variable discharge or blending of products, electro-magnetic driven feeders are used, and for fixed feed rate or high capacity discharge, unbalanced motor driven feeders are used. Open or totally enclosed dust proof designs available.

WASHING DRUMS

For the removal of mud and other waste materials, or alternatively the washing out and recovery of required minerals, including phosphate and clay. Heavy duty rubber lined and pneumatic tyre driven drums available in 4 diameters & 3 lengths, handling solid capacities from 80 - 650TPH.

 

 

WASHING & RINSING SCREENS

The full range of inclined and horizontal screens can be fitted with optional spray bars to carry out a washing and rinsing function. This covers the removal of sand prior to washing drums, washing and rinsing 'scrubbed' material following washing drums, or the general washing and rinsing of products on sand & gravel plants.

 

 

SAND DEWATERING SCREENS

Usually following a bucket wheel or washing screw, the screens are installed on a 3 degree incline, to finally remove excess water and impurities, and reduce the retained moisture content. Driven by either mechanical exciters or unbalanced motors, the screens range from 500 - 3600mm wide.

 

 

LOG WASHERS

For washing stone & gravel between the sizes of 4 - 80mm. These are fitted with a rear water box and weir to allow for the removal of floating debris and wood. There are 4 standard sizes, covering the capacity ranges of 0 - 30TPH, 30 - 70TPH, 50 - 120TPH & 130 - 220TP.
